QUICK BREADS

Each of these breads can be made as whole loaves or as mini loaves! We feature one variety a week at the shop--or you can pick your own variety if you order ahead.

BANANA NUT BREAD

This is the moist banana bread you have always been looking for; it is chock full of walnuts too.

STRAWBERRY BREAD

This is the strawberry-lovers version of banana bread. It is also full of chopped walnuts.

APPLE FRITTER BREAD

This bread is full of chopped apples and is topped with a crumb topping that can't be beaten.

ZUCCHINI BREAD

Full of grated zucchini, this bread is a way to "get your vegetables" and enjoy them too. It can be made with or without nuts.

CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI BREAD

Grated zucchini AND chocolate: what can be better? Also can be made with or without nuts.

LEMON BLUEBERRY BREAD

Tangy lemons and sweet and sour blueberries combine to make this bread incredibly delicious. The lemon glaze on top takes this one over the top!

CARAMEL APPLE

Delicious apple bread topped with a caramel icing--which a person could eat with a spoon. It's that good.

CRANBERRY ORANGE

The cranberries take tart to a new level. We hoard them in the Winter so we can use fresh (frozen) cranberries. The orange gives it an extra zing--and speaking of zing, we top it with an orange glaze.

PUMPKIN CREAM CHEESE

We can make this delicious pumpkin bread any time of year. You don't have to wait for pumpkin spice season! It has a cream cheese filling.

SOURDOUGH BREAD

This is a section of your menu. Give your section a brief description

SOURDOUGH

This one is sweet! It makes great French toast, fabulous sandwiches--and can be eaten on its own--with or without butter or jam.

RUSTIC SOURDOUGH

This is our "medium" sour! It has a hard crust and a chewy center, full of air bubbles!

EXTRA TANGY SOURDOUGH

It's not pucker-sour, it's just our MOST sour. It takes a few days to get just the right flavor, so we need some lead time to make it.

SOURDOUGH BOULE

This is what most people mean when they say "sourdough"; it has ZERO sugar and is made from that hard-to-handle starter. It's crispy on the outside and soft and delicious on the inside.
